After school Registration


Participants must be registered to attend the Van Buren (ages 6-18) and Cedarville (grades K-8) After School Program.

The Boys & Girls Club of Van Buren is now offering a new Summer and After School Program registration resource for our members. Registration forms are available in English or Spanish. All parents/guardians will be required to complete the online registration form for each child.
Payments must be paid on-site directly to the club. Online payments will no longer be accepted. 

After School hours of operation are 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
When the Club is open all day for our youth ( spring break) our hours of operation are 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

TRANSPORTATION TO TATE IS FULL...Registrations for the 2019-2020 afterschool program will begin July 1, 2019 (There is limited seating available for students attending Tate Elementary School in Van Buren. The first 14 registrations will be accepted and all others will be placed on a waiting list for afterschool transportation.)

We’ve re-designed our afterschool transportation to the Club from VB Schools.

The Club’s bus driver will have the following stops;

  1.  Northridge

  2. Rena

  3. Freshman

  4. Drop of at VB Club

  5. City Heights

  6. (drop at VB Club if there isn’t enough room for Parkview)

  7. Parkview

  8. Drop at VB Club

  2. Tate (transportation limited to a maximum of 14)

  4. Butterfield (multiple)

The Club’s van #2 will have the following multiple stop at Club route;

VBSD transportation is trying to help us with transportation and should be able to start picking up from Central, King & Butterfield within the first two weeks of school.

2019-2020 Cedarville Calendar

Registrations for the 2019 Van Buren (MUST BE SIX YEARS OLD) summer program will begin on May 1, 2019. All registrations will be completed online. The link will be provided on May 1, 2019.

The first four week session of the summer program will begin on June 3rd and end on June 28th. The second four week session will begin on July 8th and end on August 2nd. There is a $50.00 fee for each four week session. Doors will open at 8:00 a.m. and close at 6:00 p.m. Breakfast and lunch will be provided by the VBSD.

The Cedarville (MUST BE SCHOOL AGE) summer program will begin on June 3rd and end on August 2nd. The program will be open Monday-Thursday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The program will be closed the week of July 1st-July 4th.
