Afterschool & Summer Program Information



Participants must be registered to attend the Van Buren (ages 6-18) and Cedarville (grades K-8) After School Program.

The Boys & Girls Club of Van Buren is now offering a new Summer and After School Program registration resource for our members. Registration forms are available in English or Spanish. All parents/guardians will be required to complete the online registration form for each child.
Payments may be paid online or at the club.

After School hours of operation are 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
When the Club is open all day for our youth ( spring break) our hours of operation are 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Registrations for the 2020 Van Buren (MUST BE SIX YEARS OLD) summer program will begin on May 1, 2020. All registrations will be completed online.

The first four week session of the summer program will begin on June 1st and end on June 26th. The second four week session will begin on July 6th and end on July 31st. There is a $50.00 fee for each four week session. Doors will open at 8:00 a.m. and close at 6:00 p.m.

Additionally, program information may be made available in languages other than English.

To file a program discrimination complaint, complete the USDA Program Discrimination Complaint Form, AD-3027, found online at and at any USDA office, or write a letter addressed to USDA and provide in the letter all of the information requested in the form.
